Opening night at Lawrenceburg Speedway was a chilly, exciting night for racing. With both drivers participating in the event, the team had a lot of work to do.
Sunshine had a turbulent evening of ups and downs, winning the Semi-Feature after missing the cut to transfer to the Feature in his heat race. Starting in the middle of the pack in the Feature race gave him a chance to work his way to the front. However, a broken jacobs latter from a hard hit unfortunatley left him with little chance to get up to the front.
Dylan's second race in the TOPP modified proved to be a continuing successful venture, finishing 3rd in his heat to transfer to the Feature. After starting 12th in the Feature, Dylan was able to fight his way up to the front of the pack, with a 3rd place podium finish.
Sunshine is excited for his next battle with the USAC Sprints on April 14th at Bloomington Speedway in Bloomington, IN. Dylan takes on his next race on the same day at Limaland Motorsports Park in Lima, OH.
